After 15+ years in the senior living industry, she and her team have developed the processes, rigor, and tools to turnaround operating businesses and increase investor returns through rapidly increased NOI. Jill is focused on execution with urgency and gets teams to "get out of their own way", conduct root cause analysis to uncover the barriers to revenue generation and 'back door' attrition, while regenerating a new lead base and immediate plan for action.  She has a very strong track record in senior living with measurable results.

 

Prior to starting her own firm, Jill was a Senior Vice President for a premiere owner/operator in New England.

Jack is a results-driven operations, leadership, and business development executive with nearly 10 years of professional hands-on experience in the senior living industry. He specializes in rapid turnarounds, operational strategy, and acquisitions assimilation with an unmatched dedication to leadership development, exceptional employee engagement and customer satisfaction. His career has spanned multiple industries including senior housing, food and beverage management and hospitality (hotel) operations management. Mr. Burt was previously the Corporate Director of Operational Leadership & Culture for a large senior living operator based in Chicago with 12,000 units and 6000+ employees. His primary responsibility was to design, develop, implement and measure the start of an operations-based human capital strategy, functioning on the platform of the Company's mission and growth forecast while executing as the critical link between people, process and measureable business results.
