For Senior Living Leaders

By Senior Living Leaders

The ValueIMPACT measures motivations, better described as what gets us out of bed in the morning.  With science, it measures our core values-- the real us.  We have adapted this scientific instrument to our industry and provide expert direction as to how it applies to your leaders.

Originally developed as a PIAV assessment (Personal Inventory, Attitudes and Values) by Eduard Spranger- a famous philosopher and psychologist known for his development of values attitudes and the infamous book Types of Men (the psychology and ethics of personality).

The Leadership IMPACT measures four different behavioral traits that defines HOW a leader will behave.  Based on the DISC assessment, when combined with the ValuesIMPACT it is an invaluable look inside leaders predictable behaviors before a commitment to hire is extended. We have applied our senior living expertise with the interpretation of this tool to provide relevant and critical insight into leadership success or lack thereof.

Originally developed by William Marston, a lawyer and psychologist from Harvard and early contributor to the lie detector.

WHY do they behave like they do?

The SalesIMPACT measures the same four behavioral traits as the LeadershipIMPACT that defines HOW a leader will behave, but our analysis is industry specific to senior living sales.

The Nurse IMPACT measures core motivations and predicts with science what's behind one's behavior, or "why" they will behave they do.  As humans, we are all essentially hard-wired by our DNA and although we can always learn to modify our behavior, we are who we are at the core.

The Nurse IMPACT begins with the PIAV instrument (Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values)- an instrument derived via a combination of the research of Dr. Eduard Spranger and Gordon Allport into what drives and motivates an individual. The seven dimensions of values discovered between these two researchers help understand the reasons that drive an individual to utilize their talents in the unique way they do.

We have taken the results of one's assessment and compare it to our proprietary database of the senior living industry's top nurses (based on Operators' identification of their best people).

The result is an instant scientifically proven hiring and screening tool, combined with customized interview questions that instantly provides invaluable intel on applicants and allows hiring managers to screen the pool and select those most aligned with the best-- then the interviewing begins.
